A Welsh based crime writer has released a new book which is all about an incident in Llangollen.
The Llangollen Killings, penned by Simon McCleave, discloses a chilling tale of a brutal shooting rocking the town.
The story follows DI Ruth Hunter searching for the killer of farmer Aaron Jenkins amidst a backdrop of firearms trafficking and Liverpool drug gangs.
Adding to Mr McCleave's acclaimed DI Ruth Hunter Crime Thriller Snowdonia series, which has now surpassed two million sales, the 19th instalment throws the reader into a deadly cat-and-mouse game between police officers and armed criminals.
Resonating with fans of JD Kirk, JM Dalgleish, Rachel McLean, and LJ Ross, this page-turner promises a chilly police story with realistic characters and psychological twists.
South London born Simon McCleave is a seasoned television and film writer, contributing to programmes such as Silent Witness, Murder In Suburbia and Eastenders.
His Snowdonia Series started in January 2020 with 'The Snowdonia Killings', which quickly climbed the Amazon Bestseller list, more than 400,000 copies.
The new book was released on May, 29 and you can get a copy of it now.
