A MAN was found by police driving in Towyn last week without a licence, days after he had appeared in court after committing the same offence previously.
The man received eight penalty points on his driving record on Tuesday (May 28) after being charged with driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence and without insurance.
But on Friday (May 31), police saw him driving without a licence and insurance again, in Towyn.
A North Wales Police spokesperson said: “The vehicle was seized and the male was reported for the offences... again.”
