A PUB and football club in Rhuddlan will continue their partnership for the next season.

Rhuddlan Town FC and the Kings Head, on the High Street, have been partnered for several years, with the pub its hospitality sponsor.

The pub provides food and a venue for the club’s events, including Christmas parties and end-of-season award presentations.

The club have now announced the partnership will continue next season.

In a statement on social media, Rhuddlan Town FC said: “We are absolutely delighted to announce that we will be continuing our partnership with the Kings Head for the new season.

“Darren and Kyrstie and the team at the Kings Head have treated us like family over the last couple of years and looked after us and away teams so much.

“We had some good offers to go elsewhere for money but us as a club we agreed that loyalty is very important on both sides so we are delighted to be staying with Daz and Kyrstie again.”
