A NEW 18-hole “adventure golf” course will open at a holiday park in Towyn this bank holiday weekend.
Lyons Winkups, on Towyn Road, will welcome players to the course for the first time on Friday (May 24).
It will be open to everyone, not just the park’s holiday guests and owners.
There will also be a “snack shack” at the course for players to enjoy refreshments.

Lyons Winkups is one of the sites operated by Lyons Holiday Parks, a family-run business founded in Rhyl in 1924 with 20 parks across North Wales and Cumbria.
A Lyons spokesperson said: “We want everyone to enjoy this new eye-catching, family fun activity, from families visiting on holiday, but also the local community.
“You can’t beat a bit of family competition!”
“Following from the success of our adventure golf at Robin Hood Adventure Park, it was a no-brainer to add this activity to our Winkups Holiday Park in Towyn.
“It will be open to the general public as well as our holiday guests and owners, and will offer another family activity to the already popular seaside town packed with action.”
