A NUMBER of campervans have been seen parked on Rhyl’s Marina Quay retail park.
This afternoon (May 6), a witness shared with the Journal the attached photos, which shows at least seven vehicles parked at the site.
The witness, who asked to be left anonymous, added that there “kids playing out in the car park with footballs, and there was rubbish on the floor and the grass”.

She added: “There were a few people sat outside the campervans wearing their pyjamas earlier, and all taking it turns to use the toilets.”
On this bank holiday weekend last year, Rhyl Rugby Club had to close due to “unforeseen circumstances” after “circa 15 vehicles” were spotted parked on its grounds.
It led to a couple from Rhyl having to re-arrange their wedding reception, which had initially been planned to be held at the club.
North Wales Police and Denbighshire County Council have been contacted for further comment.
