LLANDUDNO will become the UK’s biggest hen do hotspot in the next five years, AI software has predicted.
The AI was asked to generate a list of the 10 cities or towns that will emerge as the next big hen do destinations based on a variety of factors, including nightlife, activities suitable for hen parties, things to do and see, and more.
One of the UK’s leading hen do planners, GoHen.com, conducted the search with a view to offering new destinations later in 2024.
“Llandudno isn’t exactly renowned for being a classic hen party destination, but that’s why it could be so popular,” said Jon Stainer, creative director at GoHen.com.
“In the last few years, particularly post-pandemic, we’ve seen an appetite for alternative hen weekends and a move away from your traditional boozy weekends in the city.
“Hens are looking for a weekend to remember, not one they’ll struggle to remember, so a trip to Llandudno could be perfect.
“From incredible hikes to some great restaurants, axe throwing to beach days, there are some great low-key options available to hens.
“We’ll definitely be sending some of our team up there later in the year to scope things out.
"We’re gearing up for the dawn of the new hen weekends.”
What AI said about Llandudno: "Known as the "Queen of Welsh Resorts," Llandudno offers stunning Victorian architecture, a scenic promenade, and outdoor activities like hiking in the nearby Snowdonia National Park, making it an ideal destination for adventurous hens."
The top five hen party hotspots in the next five years according to AI:
- Llandudno
- Winchester
- Leicester
- Inverness
- Derry/Londonderry
GoHen (www.gohen.com) are one of the UK’s leading hen party planners having sent over 600,000 people off on their pre-wedding weekends since 2002.
