A RESTAURANT serving gourmet fish and chips along Rhyl’s coastline is to re-open during the Easter holidays.
The Shack, opened by Denbighshire Leisure Ltd in 2021 and based on the town’s promenade, will welcome back customers during the upcoming half-term.
Also on its menu are family-sized pizza and salt and pepper chicken loaded fries.

Located behind Rhyl Events Arena, The Shack offers a dog-friendly seating area, and will be open every weekend through to the summer after the Easter holidays.
Customers will be met by a Maître d' on arrival and once orders have been made, they can then choose to enjoy the dining area or get a takeaway on the beach.
The Shack also offers a dog station with water bowls, as well as dog-friendly ice cream.
Jamie Groves, managing director of Denbighshire Leisure, said: “With the weather warming up and the nights getting brighter, we cannot wait to reopen The Shack this spring and bring a delicious welcome break to those enjoying our amazing coastline.
“This beach is a hidden gem in Rhyl. Whether you’re walking the dog, enjoying the day with the family or just want to relax and watch the waves, The Shack is the perfect pit-stop.”
