The court heard that, on September 1, 2023, Whitehouse inflicted racial abuse on Clifford Mwobobia and Shianne Mills, public servants at the hospital.
There were vulnerable people present at the time of the incident, while Whitehouse was also under the influence of alcohol.
Whitehouse was ordered to pay £400 in compensation.
His custodial sentence was uplifted from 13 to 26 weeks due to his racial abuse being aimed at emergency workers.
