A MAN is to pay more than £200 after he was found to be in possession of cocaine in St Asaph.
Darren Fleming, 42, of no fixed abode, admitted a charge of possession of a controlled class A drug at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court today (March 13).
The court heard that, on August 10, 2023 in St Asaph, Fleming was caught with a “small amount” of cocaine for “personal use”.

He had last been convicted in 2021, the court heard.
Sentencing, District Judge Gwyn Jones ordered Fleming to pay a £100 fine, as well as £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, and a £40 surcharge.
A forfeiture and destruction order was also made in respect of the cocaine which was seized from him.
