The pedestrian was struck by the vehicle and sustained minor injuries, but the vehicle involved did not stop at the scene and carried on driving.
It is believed that the vehicle was driving in the direction of Ffordd Derwen, onto the roundabout on Rhuddlan Road.
North Wales Police said: “We are appealing for any witnesses in relation to this who are able to offer us information of the vehicle involved, or any drivers who were in the area at the time and who may have dashcam, to make contact with us via our live webchat or on 101 quoting reference 24000137684.”
