IT'S been another busy week in this part of the North Wales coast, with our team bringing you all the latest news.

1. Rhyl man left Glan Clwyd after being ‘made to feel really small’
The most-read article this week was our report that the health board is investigating why a man from Rhyl walked out of hospital after claiming he was made to feel he was being “forced out”.
The man, who asked to be referred to as Mr Taylor, arrived at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd’s Emergency Department (ED) having suffered from chest pains for several days.

2. Rhuddlan family plead for help as their XL Bully faces being put down
We shared how a Rhuddlan family are pleading for donations to save their XL Bully dog from being put down.
Ayda, who is 10 months old, has been diagnosed with cruciate ligament disease, so needs a £3,000 operation on the knees of both of her back legs.
Without these operations, her owner Paul Warrand said, she may have to be “put to sleep”.

3. Rhyl's SC2 waterpark temporary closed after roof damage
This week we managed to get an answer to the question many families have been asking.
Residents were hoping Rhyl's SC2 pool - which features flume rides, beach style paddling and interactive play features - would open ahead of February half-term.
But the attraction has been unable to open the pool after damage occurred to the roof of the building. It is currently undergoing maintenance work.
Denbighshire Leisure Limited, which runs the pool, also announced this week it would not be staging the popular Rhyl Air Show this year.

4. 20mph: More than 250 drivers caught exceeding limit in Wales
More than 250 drivers have been caught exceeding the 20mph speed limit across Wales during the first month of the new year, figures revealed this week.
The majority of residential roads throughout Wales changed from being 30mph to 20mph last September.

5. Delivery schedule for new recycling containers in Denbighshire
Readers were keen to read about Denbighshire County Council's new recycling and waste service that starts on June 3.
As part of this new service, residents in the county who currently have wheelie bins will receive a new Trolibocs to recycle paper, glass, plastic, tins and food cartons and a weighted hessian bag to recycle cardboard.
