THE company which traded as Bargain Booze in Rhyl and Subway in Colwyn Bay has gone into administration.
Fousert Ltd, which ran both stores before they each closed in December, also has Costcutter franchises.
Francesca Tackie, of Mercury Corporate Recovery Solutions Ltd, has been appointed as its administrator.

Per Companies House, the business’ last published balance sheet, concerning its affairs for the financial year up to March 31, 2022, showed that it had £374,045 in amounts falling due within a year to its creditors.
Bargain Booze, which was based on Wellington Road in Rhyl, closed in the middle of December, after staff were told they were being made redundant on December 14, 2023.
Assistant manager Emma Louize Owen, in a post on social media, thanked staff members and customers for their support.
Subway, which was situated on Abergele Road, closed on December 14, with members of staff saying they were only told that same morning.
Staff members also claimed that they were not given a reason for the closure.
