WELSH historic buildings are the inspiration behind an appeal to budding photographers in the region.
People with a passion for photography and history are invited to enter their best pictures of Welsh monuments for a chance to be featured in the 2025 Cadw calendar.
Sam Rowlands, MS for North Wales, is urging those with a keen eye to take the opportunity to share their shots.
Mr Rowlands, chair of the Welsh Parliament's Cross-Party Group on Tourism said: "I am always happy to highlight anything which promotes North Wales as we are blessed with so many beautiful historical Cadw sites, including the famous Conwy and Caernarfon Castles, Basingwerk Abbey and St Winefride's Chapel in Holywell and Valle Crucis Abbey in Llangollen, to name but a few.
"All of them are steeped in history and attract thousands of visitors each year and I am sure many of you have been capturing these beautiful places on camera.
"This is a wonderful opportunity for your best picture to be featured in an official calendar which will be seen by thousands of people.
"Entries for the competition close on Friday, January 19, 2024 so if you haven't got a photograph you have taken already, you have still got a few weeks to find that winning image."
