HUNDREDS of people braved the elements for the annual festive dip in aid of Rhyl's RNLI.
Boxing Day in Rhyl again saw dippers of all ages brave the chilly North Wales waters - all in aid of raising funds to help RNLI crews continue to save lives at sea.
Many were in fancy dress for added festive spirit.
It was the perfect way to shake off any festive indulgences while supporting a cause so vital to our coastal communities.
Rhyl RNLI said: "Many, many thanks to all the 330 people who participated and also they who watched.
"It was lovely to see the support for the station on such a cold morning.
"Happy New year to all!"
Participants felt the cold - but also exhilaration!
Jilly Adamson said: "Feeling exhilarated now, thank you RNLI Rhyl for your hard work today and every day!"
Emma Birchall said: "Another great dip! Thanks all involved!
Kristi Chesterton said: "Well done all, my first dip done and will be back next year!"
Laura Margaret said: "So well organised, well done! We had a great time!"
June Stevens said: "Brilliant morning wasn’t brave enough to get in! Maybe next year!"
