AN ESTATE agents with branches in Rhyl and Rhuddlan will be expanding to Old Colwyn next year, with the site ready to open.

Simply Estates, with branches on Rhuddlan High Street and Wellington Road, Rhyl, will open at 433 Abergele Road in January.

The business manages sales and lettings and also provides property management, and said they are “thrilled” to be opening.

The Abergele Road site was previously home to The Wool Room, and before that was Moments flower shop for several years.

Simply Estates are also advertising a number of roles at the new branch, including plumbers, gas safe engineers, electricians, and handypersons, as well as gardening and decorating services.

A spokesperson for the company said: “We're thrilled to share that we're opening a new branch in Old Colwyn in the new year.

“Opening January on reduced hours but other branches available to deal with enquiries when closed.

“To keep up with our growing portfolio and the increasing areas we cover, we're looking for plumbers, gas safe engineers, electricians, and handypersons, as well as experts in quick-turnaround gardening and decorating services.
