A COMPANY based in Kinmel Bay which has been crafting wedding veils since 1984 has gone into voluntary liquidation.
Joyce Jackson Veils, located at Tir Llwyd Enterprise Park, was wound up on December 1.
Its last published micro-entity balance sheet, shared in July 2022 and concerning the year ending July 31, 2021, showed the company had negative assets of £70,519 at that time.

John Fisher, of insolvency practitioners Parkin S Booth, has been appointed as the company’s liquidator.
Per Companies House, the business had been issued with a compulsory strike-off notice in September, but this was suspended and later discontinued in October.
Joyce Jackson Veils describes itself as “a family run, small business based in Wales that creates luxurious wedding accessories from the finest materials”.
According to its website, it had more than 300 stockists across the UK and Ireland.
Both Joyce Jackson Veils and Parkin S Booth were contacted for further comment.
