THE Sainsbury’s supermarket at a retail park in Rhuddlan has re-opened after the flooding during Storm Babet last week caused it to temporarily close.
Sainsbury’s shut its store at Clwyd Retail Park after heavy rain hit the site on Friday (October 20).
But at 7am today (October 24), the shop welcomed back customers for the first time since.
A re-opening date of October 28 had previously been suggested.
Sainsbury's said in a statement yesterday: “We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and are working hard to re-open as soon as possible.”
