They have now moved to new premises on St Asaph Business Park where they have created a work space which is second to none.
Vale of Clwyd MP, James Davies, visited the new offices and was impressed by the environment they have created for their staff.
He said: "The new offices really are like nothing I have seen in the area before, incorporating a large office space, bar, gym and break-out room.
"The company moved in a month ago and told me that they are very much focused on work-life balance for their 50 permanent staff.
"They believe that by changing the working environment for people, you reap the benefits, as staff who communicate better together and constantly mix, are happier and consequently more productive.
"I applaud Rob and the management team for providing such an impressive, forward thinking environment for their staff and wish them continued success going forward."
Director Rob Phillips said: "Moving to our new St Asaph office has not only been due to the continued expansion of the HVAC team but in reward for what they have achieved.
“Since 2016 the team have grown the company year on year, establishing the company as the go to recruiter for the FM industry.
"The new office space has been designed to incorporate a large area to our team’s wellbeing - providing them their own gym, shower rooms, break out area and fully fitted kitchen.
“I believe it is essential to our further success that we make our workplace into a social hub for our team, giving them the option to step away from their desks and go hit the gym or relax in the breakout area.
"We spend a lot of our adult lives at work, so it is key for HVAC that we create a welcoming space for our team.”
