A COUPLE of shoplifters were arrested in Rhyl last night (September 20) after stealing drills from a DIY shop in the area.
The two males were seen running away from the store with, according to North Wales Police, “some very expensive drills”, with the security tags still attached to them.

Members of both the Colwyn Bay and Rhyl Neighbourhood Policing teams helped arrest the pair, and return the items to the store.
North Wales Police added: “Both males are currently sitting in St Asaph Custody instead of enjoying their ill-gotten gains.
“Great police work, and (it) shows that our officers are never truly off duty.”
