AN AIR AMBULANCE arrived on Rhyl Rugby Club field on Wednesday evening.
It landed on the field, on Tynewydd Road, just after a rugby training session had concluded.
Wales Air Ambulance did not disclose the nature of the incident.
“I can confirm that the Wales Air Ambulance attended an incident in the Rhyl area on Wednesday evening (September 13)," the spokesperson said.
"A critical care team attended by air and arrived at the scene at 7.11pm.

An eye-witness said: "The ambulance landed after training. No young players were hurt or injured."
