A STAND-UP horror show is coming to Rhyl after making its Edinburgh Fringe Festival debut this year.
The Stand Up Horror Show, described as “the play that goes wrong meets a horror movie”, proved popular at the Edinburgh Fringe and garnering rave reviews such as “one to watch” by Star Burst Magazine and hailed as “hilarious” by Rue Morgue.
The unique interactive horror comedy is set to captivate audiences just in time for Halloween, and will be at the Front Room/ Late Lounge on October 27.
The mind behind this fusion of horror and comedy is Tom Short, an award-winning comedian.

Short, the Chortle Student Comedian of the Year 2019, and runner up and a finalist at Leicester Square’s renowned comedy competition, has proved his comedic prowess with this concert
He has also been recognised in the theatre industry, being honoured with the prestigious Liam Byrne Award for Innovative Theatre.
As Halloween approaches, there’s no better time to immerse yourself in the macabre and the laughter of The Stand Up Horror Show, which will see a support act from Wrexham-based comedian Tom Roberts.
