THE latest phase of a large housing development in Prestatyn is now being completed, with more tenants moving into their brand-new homes.
North Wales housing association Adra is leading on the development of 102 homes on the Plas Newydd Farm site. The contractor for the development is Castle Green Homes.
A total of 50 properties have now been handed over, with the rest to be completed in phases until March 2024.
The latest properties to be completed included intermediate rent units (Tai Teg).
One of the new tenants to move in was Hannah. She said: "Living in this new Adra house means that me and my little boy have the security of a home that nobody will take from us.
“The home is beautiful, and I can already tell that me and my little boy will settle in well there and make it a real home together.”
