A PROPERTY in Rhyl which formerly housed a café and bistro in the town has been purchased.
The site, at 7 Russell Road, was previously “Liffy's Cafe & Bistro”, which closed during the COVID-19 pandemic.
It was made available via Rhyl-based estate agents Jones & Redfearn, who set a guide price of £155,000 (subject to contract).
When contacted by the Journal today (August 18), Jones & Redfearn said it was not yet able to disclose any further information regarding the sale of the property due to GDPR regulations.

In advertising the property, Jones & Redfearn described it as a “well-established café/bistro premises whose previous business had a renowned reputation amongst local residents”.
It added: “This is a superb opportunity to take on a popular local business premises in a recognised trading area of the town.
“The cafe and bistro premises occupies a prominent main road position, and is well-presented and maintained with clear visible signage.
“And (it) offers fitted bench seating, along with chairs and tables providing 72 covers, and has a commercial catering kitchen equipped and ready for use.
“This substantial premises also offers a one-bedroom flat, which has its own access to the first floor.”
