THE owners of a dessert and hot food shop in Rhyl have made the “very difficult decision” to place it on the market.
“Sweet Steve’s”, which opened last year, and serves desserts, hot dogs, burgers and more, was revealed as being up for sale yesterday afternoon (August 9).
It will remain open as usual until a buyer is found.
A statement from the business read: “Unfortunately, due to various personal circumstances, we have come to the very difficult decision to put Sweet Steve's up for sale.
“We have enjoyed our venture to-date; however, we must move forward for the best for our family.
“We will remain open as normal whilst we wait for a buyer.
“We would really appreciate if people would be kind and support us at this challenging time, and also not speculate.”
Those interested in buying the business are encouraged to contact Sweet Steve’s via its Facebook page.
In a further statement to advertise it, Sweet Steve’s described it as a “fully functioning business” which is “ready to walk in and begin trading” for a new buyer.
It has also offered to provide training, if need be.
Sweet Steve’s added: “Limited parking is available outside the front of the shop, and a pay and display car park to the back.
“New shop owners have access to a private alleyway at the back of the shop to park for free and a large shared secured gated yard area.
“All machinery, fridges, freezers, new triple slush machine, waffle machines, Blue Ice T46 soft ice cream machine, Blendtec blenders, utensils, packaging, stock, chocolate, cakes, sauces, a full EPOS till system, plus much more.
“Please only contact us if you are truly a genuinely interested potential buyer.”
