A WOMAN from Prestatyn was fined after stealing goods from a shop in Denbigh.
Carla Ollerhead, 35, of St Georges Drive, was accused of stealing a Ginsters sausage roll, a sandwich, and two cans of Special Brew from the Co-op store on High Street on Saturday, May 20.
The goods were worth a cumulative value of £9.55.
She pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, July 25.
Ollerhead was ordered to pay £9.55 in compensation, as well as a £40 fine, £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, and a £16 surcharge.
This amounted to a total of £150.55, to be paid as a full lump sum within 28 days.
An application was made for deductions from Ollerhead’s benefits.
