At the opening of the inquest into his death, held in Ruthin yesterday (July 17), it was heard that Mr Williams’ provisional cause of death was acute myocardial infarction (heart attack).
It was also heard that there had been a suggestion of delays in an ambulance attending Mr Williams, and to him being seen when he arrived at the hospital’s emergency department.
John Gittins, senior coroner for North Wales East and Central, adjourned the inquest to a date by fixed.
