KINMEL Bay will be affected by road closures in July and August while resurfacing works are carried out.
Both Cader and Morfa Avenue will be shut at times between July 26, when the works start, and August 10, when they are due to finish.
Parking on both roads will also be affected.
Conwy County Borough Council informed residents of the works in a letter earlier this week.

Extracts from the letter, shown to the Journal, read: “We are resurfacing Cader Avenue from the junction with St Asaph Avenue, and Morfa Avenue to the junction with Parc Morfa.
“So we can carry out this work, Cader Avenue and Morfa Avenue will be closed at times, as indicated by the on-site road signs.
“We expect that these traffic controls will be in place between 7.30am and 5.30pm, weekdays only. There will be access for pedestrians at all times.
“There will be no parking on affected sections while we do this work. Please speak to the contractor on site to find out if and when you can get access to your property.
“Resurfacing is a noisy and dusty process, and we are sorry for the inconvenience this might cause.
“The new road surface will provide a smoother, quieter ride and will be long-lasting benefit to the community.”
