An offer has been made for the premises, having been made available on a freehold basis with a guide price of £170,000.
The property also features a dining area, five bedrooms, an enclosed external patio/garden, and a separate shop premises available in addition to the pub.
Rachel Wright, who owned The Swan Inn, said at the time that closing the pub was “the right decision for my family and me”.
It was one of Rhyl’s oldest pubs, and the site is situated just off the town centre.
She added: “Unfortunately, even after all the effort that went into bringing this lovely pub back to life, I can no longer continue to run it.
“There are various factors that have been taken into account and it is the right decision for my family and me.
“Hopefully it won't stay closed for too long and the brewery will find someone to come in and give the pub the life it deserves.”
