A CHILDREN’S soft play area and café in Rhyl which opened late last year is back on the market.

“Lollie’s Play Cafe”, on Vale Road, has been put up for sale by owner Lauren Jones due to “unexpected changes in my personal life”.

She opened the play area last October, replacing “Planet Play”, and it will remain open while a buyer is sought.

More information can be found by visiting the business’ Facebook page at: www.facebook.com/Lolliesplaycafe.

Lauren said: “Sadly, I’m no longer able to continue due to unexpected changes in my personal life, but have enjoyed every moment and will be happy to offer any support I can to buyers.

“The buyer must meet the requirements for the lease of the property, which is separate to the sale of the business.

“We are selling as a going concern, so hopefully, any buyer will continue the work we have been doing.

“We will still be open during the process, so it’s business as usual, and all bookings for birthday parties are still going ahead.”

As well as having a fitted soft play area, ball pool and role play room with toys, the site also includes a freshly renovated garden and digger den, with all of the toys included in the sale.

It also has a fitted kitchen, fridges and freezers, cutlery, and a café with tables and chairs.

Named after a childhood nickname of Lauren’s, Lollie’s Play Café was her first business venture.
