RHYL Leisure is set to open “Club Rhyl”, a first-of-its-kind fitness studio and “refuel station” for its members, at its premises.

The first stages of the transformation will see a new access created on the ground floor, and the “refuel station” within the gym area, offering Costa, and a selection of nutritional shakes and snacks, exclusively to members.

This will be followed by a complete renovation of the studio at Club Rhyl, revolutionising the class programme for members.

Undertaken by Denbighshire Leisure Ltd (DLL), this will be the first of its kind in the UK.

It will take place in various phases to minimise disruption during the remainder of 2023, and will be completed in 2024.

Jamie Groves, managing director of DLL, said: “This is a very exciting time for Rhyl Leisure, with the new Club Rhyl taking training up a gear, and we cannot wait to share the new innovations coming very soon.

“At DLL, we always put our members first, and following the hugely successful Bootcamp programme, it makes sense to invest in our group exercise programme and bring a brand new studio offer to Denbighshire – and a first of its kind in the UK.

“This isn’t something to be missed and we’ll be announcing more information in the next few weeks.”
