MEMBERS of Abergele Harriers turned out on at Rohan’s Run on Friday (June 2), a five-mile race starting on Deganwy promenade, heading to Conwy bridge and the nature reserve, then returning via the same route.
Rachel Shipley continued on her good form to run a small personal best in 31.50 to finish 16th overall out of the 305 runners.

It also gave her victory in the ladies race by more than a minute.
Also running was Darren Blazier, who finished 14th in 31.26 and Danny Williams, running well at present, finishing 17th in 32.16.
Sunday saw the Jubilee Bridge 10k in Runcorn. Danny Snelson, who has been running well all year, was targeting a new personal best and a sub 45 minute clocking for the first time.
He easily achieved this crossing the line in 44.12 for 11th position.
