A BUSINESS forum has embarced digital technology and collaborated with QRBoxx.

At a meeting last month, The Prestatyn Business Forum voted unanimously in favour to engage in a "more technology based, proactive approach" to supporting businesses.

QRBoxx provides communities with a 'digital tool' to help support and promote businesses and activities.

Simon Williams, Co-Founder - QRBoxx Ltd, said: "QRBoxx is dedicated to supporting towns and cities  across the UK by providing them with a digital tool to promote their services, events and offers conveniently. Our company places a strong emphasis on community building, improving information accessibility, and bringing people together.

"Towns and their businesses have been affected by the decrease in highstreet spend where online shopping had become a consumer choice. We want to give every business an equal opportunity to thrive through our online platform that has a simple highstreet access point. After the successful partnership with Rhyl Business Improvement District (BID), which provides support to almost 350 local businesses, we want to share this success across North Wales. QRBoxx is collaborating with Prestatyn Business Forum to connect each business to potential customers.
