A 10-year-old from Abergele is growing and selling her own plants in order to earn some pocket money, and business is blooming.
Lily May has been selling her own plants outside her family home for the last six weeks in an effort to make her own money.
Having originally taken her mother Emma’s seeds and cuttings of plants, she spent months watering and tending to them in the greenhouse.
The ‘money-driven’ 10-year-old is doing so for spending money during the summer holidays, and has showcased an array of beautiful colours and varieties.

Business has taken off, and Lily has already made more than £300 from her plants.
Mum Emma said her daughter ‘loves to save’, and added: “Lily planted some seeds and cuttings of plants I already had early this year.
“She’s very money driven and loves to save - Lily wanted to start making her own money, so thought out this idea herself.
“She’s been busy watering and looking after them - she has done all this by herself!”
