A DYSERTH pub has been handed a new food hygiene rating, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.
New Inn, at Waterfall Road, was given a three-out-of-five score after assessment on April 19.
The report into the business rated its hygienic food handling, cleanliness and condition of facilities and building, and management of food safety ‘generally satisfactory’.

The pub has a rating of 4 on TripAdvisor, after 719 reviews.
The most recent review said “Terrible produce, terribly cooked. And very slow service. Do not go.”, while the previous review praised the pub’s “lovely food and friendly staff”.
It means that of Denbighshire's 259 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 173 (67 per cent) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
