A POPULAR road in Rhyl is to close while resurfacing works are undertaken.
Wellington Road, a short distance from the town’s High Street and railway station, will be closed while the works are carried out between June 19-23.
Denbighshire County Council said that more details regarding both the works and the closure will be sent out in due course.

A Denbighshire County Council spokesperson said: “With regards to the road closures in Rhyl, a press release and letters will be sent out in due time to notify residents of up-and-coming road closures, detailing the works that will be done.
“The work is due to begin on June 19, but the actual schedule is complex, so further communication will be given nearer that time.”
Prior to this, water works will also be taking place outside 124 Wellington Road on June 8-9.
