A North Wales Police spokesperson said: “We are currently investigating an incident that occurred in the Maes Bryn Melyd area of Rhyl yesterday, and a man has been arrested.
“We are not seeking anybody else in connection to this incident, and there is no further risk to the public.”
Earlier yesterday, Mario Jones, a witness, told the Journal: “There are police everywhere... at least 15 of them.
“I'd say there are at least eight police cars, and drones are out. Police are all geared up, and I'm pretty sure they had a battering ram.
“They’re not leaving… they must be searching for whoever it is they want.”
