AN AIR ambulance was called to an incident in Rhyl on Saturday afternoon (May 20).
The air ambulance landed at Rhyl Rugby Club’s Tynewydd Fields shortly after 2pm, and was present for more than two hours.

A Wales Air Ambulance spokesperson said: “I can confirm that the Wales Air Ambulance attended an incident in the Rhyl area on Saturday afternoon.
“A critical care team arrived at the scene by helicopter at 2.05pm, and our involvement concluded at 4.32pm.”
A witness said: “An air ambulance landed at Rhyl Rugby Club at approximately 2.25pm after circling, with no explanation given.
“It circled round my bungalow twice and then landed. It was there for more than one hour.”
