A MAN from Prestatyn is to pay in excess of £200 after admitting threatening behaviour in the town.
Connaire Rainey, 28, of Nursery Close, was accused of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on September 26.
He changed his plea to guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court yesterday (May 15), having previously denied the charge.
Rainey was fined £160, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £64.
This amounted to a total payment of £224.
