Looking to sell the house is Deb Moore, who bought it last August, only to find a striking black-and-white perspective mural underneath one of the walls she was stripping.
She has done some refurbishments to the house, which she described as “perfect for someone to start a home”, but is now planning to relocate so has decided to sell.

Deb said: “It’s a good price for it; it’s a big building, actually. It’s probably the cheapest detached six-bedroom house in Wales!
“We’ve had the roof done, and some plastering done inside. I’ve had the gas fitted, and stripped all of the walls. It’s in a good condition; it just needs redecorating.
“It would be perfect for someone to start a home. It’s close to town, with rooms of a good size.
“I didn’t find anything more out about the mural, sadly. Banksy didn’t call me – that would have been ideal; it probably would have doubled the value for me!”
Town & Country Property Auctions said of the house that potential buyers have “an opportunity to purchase a substantial three-storey, six-bedroom detached property in Rhyl town centre”.
It added: “The property is in need of a scheme of refurbishment internally, and could potentially be used as a single family home or as an investment property, subject to consents.
“It has the benefit of gas central heating and UPVC double glazing and has a yard and outbuilding to the rear.”
