PLANS to transform three adjoining premises into a cafe and Smokehouse style restaurant have been lodged.

Proposals have been submitted to Conwy County Borough Council to fully renovate BJ's Cafe on Towyn Road along with two adjoining businesses, previously a gift shop and a pet supplies store, into a cafe and Smokehouse style restaurant with a new parking area to the rear.

Brief details into the proposal say: "The existing cafe is to occupy the same area while the restaurant is to occupy the area of the former pet store and gift shop. The kitchen will be adapted to serve both establishments.
"A new refurbished seating area is to be created to the front of the business overhauling the currently run down frontage.
"Proposals include new hardstanding's and temporary furnishings."
