ABERGELE Harriers’ Anthony Howe joined more than 20,000 other runners taking part in the Manchester Marathon on Sunday (April 16).

Anthony finished in seven hours, seven minutes and 35 seconds.

Also taking place on Sunday was the Rhyl 10k; a last-minute change of course because of sea defence work meant the race moved to Pensarn promenade.
