BELOW is a round-up of all court cases concerning offences which took place in, or defendants from, Denbighshire, Conwy or Anglesey, covered by the Free Press, Journal, Pioneer or Chronicle this week (Apr 1 - 7):
Denbighshire
- Daniel Pugh, 34, of Glan Y Gors, Prestatyn, was sentenced after he assaulted a police officer while also in possession of a knuckle duster (full story here).
- Christine Galloway, 68, of Llys Gwynant, Rhyl admitted defrauding customers of nearly £350,000 while in charge of a motorhome company in Scotland (full story here).
Conwy
- Richard Gardner, 40 of Tan y Lan Road, Old Colwyn, was sentenced after his lack of attention while driving killed a cyclist (full story here).
Anglesey
- Two people from Holyhead were fined £600 each for delaying a train at Holyhead station while drunk (full story here).
- Michael Ashcroft, of Holyhead, was jailed following VAWG (violence against women and girls) offences (full story here).
