“JACK and the Beanstalk” will be this year’s pantomime at Rhyl Pavilion Theatre for Christmas 2023.
An award-nominated script and an all-star cast will be revealed in due course, with the show to be performed between December 9-31.
The fairy tale tells the story of Jack, a poor country boy, who trades the family cow for a handful of magic beans, which then grow into an enormous beanstalk reaching up into the clouds.
Jack climbs the beanstalk and finds himself in the castle of an unfriendly giant.
Jamie Groves, managing director of Denbighshire Leisure Ltd, said: “We are delighted to be working in association with Anton Benson Productions again for this year’s Christmas panto.
“Panto is a huge part of the theatre experience and we are really proud of the amazing productions we have here at Rhyl Pavilion.
“Our technical team and all the staff at Rhyl Pavilion work extremely hard at making our auditorium feel like a magical place for families during Christmas time and it really is the perfect festive tradition.”
Anton Benson, from Anton Benson Productions, said: “We cannot wait to come back to Rhyl Pavilion Theatre again this year, with a fantastic new pantomime that is guaranteed to have the whole family laughing from start to finish.
“Join us for another laugh-a-minute rollercoaster ride through pantoland full of Fee Fi Fo Fun!”
