POLICE and Coastguard crews attended an incident in Rhyl in the early hours of today (March 30).
This was at about 2am, in the area of Foryd Bridge.
North Wales Police they received reports regarding “concerns for a male’s welfare”.
The man in question was located and taken to safety.

Police were assisted by the Rhyl Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) crew, as well as the Rhyl and Llandudno Coastguard teams.
A North Wales Police spokesperson said: “Shortly before 2am today, we received reports relating to concerns for a male's welfare in the vicinity of Foryd Bridge, Rhyl.
“Officers attended the scene and were assisted by a lifeboat crew on the waters of the River Clwyd.
“The male was subsequently located on the bridge and taken to a place of safety.”
Rhyl Coastguard Rescue team added: “At 2.01am on March 30, Rhyl Coastguard was alerted and tasked to assist North Wales Police in Rhyl.
“RNLI Rhyl and Llandudno Coastguard were also in attendance.”
A Rhyl RNLI spokesperson added: "Rhyl RNLI were requested to attend as safety cover for a police incident on the Foryd Bridge.
"We were not utilised as the incident was resolved favourably."
