AN EVICTION order is being prepared regarding an illegal encampment in Pensarn.
It is understood that a vehicle has been illegally parked between Traeth Pensarn and the Abergele and Pensarn station for a number of weeks.
A Conwy County Borough Council spokesperson said: “We are aware of an illegal encampment in Pensarn.
“The relevant legal processes are underway to seek a court-imposed eviction order.”
Attempts have also been made to contact North Wales Police for comment.
