POLICE officers attended a school in Rhyl this morning (March 1) to conduct foot patrols during the drop-off time.
Words of advice were given to the drivers of several vehicles about parking across yellow lines at Ysgol Llywelyn, on Trellewelyn Road.
Ysgol Llewelyn has a dedicated drop-off area which, North Wales Police said, “should be utilised, rather than obstructing the road outside”.

Patrols will be continuing during pick-up times throughout the week at schools across the Denbighshire coastal area.
North Wales Police added: “School drop-off times are inherently dangerous for pedestrians and the risk of an accident is far greater.
