A STREET food business that launched from home during the pandemic now has a new shop front in Rhyl.
Fullaflavourz, has opened at 54 Vale Road. Customers can opt to dine in or take-away.
Owners Humphrey and Constance Muleba serve up soul food "with a twist".
Humphrey said: "This is the first time we have had a shop front and run a commercial kitchen. Previously we were cooking from our home kitchen.
"Having our new premise means we can now be more efficient and streamline our cooking process, allowing for faster food preparation and service. This will help increase productivity, reduce wait times, and ultimately lead to higher customer satisfaction.
"In the past we were very limited to the amount of people we could serve and wait times were not always pleasant. It’s also great to have a place that people can just walk up to and order whatever they want without having to go through the website, Facebook or Instagram."
Ahead of opening on February 15, Humphrey and Constance spent a lot of time and money kitting out their new kitchen.
"We wanted to ensure we had everything we needed to run efficiently and smoothly as we possibly," Humphrey said,
"We started our street food business during the lockdowns in response to the challenges faced by the food industry.
"We are incredibly passionate about soul food we make at home.
"Our passion comes from my deep-rooted love of authentic flavors, cooking techniques, and ingredients that have been passed down to us through generations.
"During the lockdowns, we realized that there was a significant gap in the market for authentic soul food, and we were determined to fill that gap," Humphrey added.
"We spent countless hours perfecting our recipes and creating unique, mouth-watering dishes that would not only satisfy our customers but also leave them craving for more.
"Our passion for soul food goes beyond just the flavors and the cooking techniques. It's also about the cultural significance of the dishes and the memories they evoke. Every time someone enjoys our food, they get a glimpse into my heritage and the stories that have been passed down through our family."

Humphrey said since opening, the response from customers has been "overwhelming".
He said: "We am confident that Fullaflavourz will continue to grow as more people discover the joy and comfort of authentic soul food.
"We would like to thank everyone who has supported us from the beginning and continue to support us. Thanks to business Wales, council, Rhyl bid for the amazing support. We are very excited to be bringing something different to Rhyl."
