A MAN was jailed after admitting to two driving-related offences which he committed in St Asaph and Pensarn.
Graham Herschell, 39, of Derwent Road, Warrington, was accused of driving a grey Jaguar vehicle at The Yacht, Pensarn while disqualified on December 30, 2022.
He was also accused of failing, without reasonable excuse, to provide police with a specimen of breath as part of an investigation into whether he was in charge of a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
This was at St Asaph Custody, also on December 30.
Herschell pleaded guilty to both offences at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on February 6.
A prison sentence of 16 weeks was imposed on him.
He was disqualified from driving for five years and four months.
