A COUPLE of residents of Prestatyn are convinced they saw unidentified flying objects (UFOs) in the night sky on successive evenings last weekend.
William Morley, and his daughter Kimberley, both spotted them above their home at the top of the town’s High Street at roughly 11pm on both February 11 and 12.
They described how they were flashing brightly, changing colours, and appeared to have come from the Irish Sea.
Kimberley said: “My dad could see it out of his bedroom window, and then we went out in the garden and could all see it.
“On Saturday, they came upwards from the sea. There were about two of three of them, but there was no noise whatsoever. They were moving backwards and forwards, and stopping.
“They were flashing green and red, and then a really, really bright white light.

“The one on Sunday came from the sea again. It actually went over the house; it was the size of roughly three houses in length.
“Underneath, there were fluorescent lights flashing all of the way around it. It was travelling quite slow. It had a glow around it as well; it was quite spooky and scary, to be honest.
“We thought they were drones at first, but I’m positively sure that they were UFOs.”

These sightings follow the shootings of various objects in the sky by US military in the last few days.
President Joe Biden ordered another object - the fourth in total this month - to be shot down on Sunday.
Meanwhile, a small asteroid resembling a “shooting star” entered the Earth’s atmosphere this morning (February 13), lighting up the night sky.
William added: “It’s chilling, really... (it made) no sound and was pretty big. It's gone inland, from the (Irish) sea.”
