A MAN from Kinmel Bay received a fine and points on his driving record after admitting to careless driving.
Patrick Neary, 70, of Dulas Park, was accused of driving a Mini vehicle on Llysfaen Avenue, Kinmel Bay without due care and attention on July 25, 2022.
He pleaded guilty at Mold Magistrates’ Court on January 23.
Neary was handed six penalty points on his driving record.
The court ordered him to pay a fine of £80, costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £110, and a surcharge of £32.
This totalled £222, to be paid in full by February 20.
